I am Alisa Mahat, an award-winning, multidisciplinary creative with a strong foundation in visual communication. After many years working as a digital designer and art director for global clients, including Facebook, Instagram, Netflix, HBO, TikTok, and Unilever. I developed a deep understanding of how people interact with digital products, content, and experiences. My curiosity has taken me from global advertising campaigns to emerging technologies such as augmented reality, giving me a broad perspective on how systems shape human behaviour.

Now, as a service designer, I bring this creative and strategic background into work focused on people, processes, and systems. I apply service research, journey and ecosystem mapping, co-creation, and prototyping to design solutions that deliver meaningful impact at both local and societal levels.
